Funnelx منصة تحليلات وإسناد تسويقي (Marketing Attribution) لأصحاب المتاجر الإلكترونية. هذه الصفحة توضح البيانات التي نجمعها وسبب جمعها وكيف نحميها.
الجهة المشغّلة
Funnelx علامة تجارية تملكها وتديرها مؤسسة إس إن دي لاين (SndLine Est.) — السجل التجاري 7034173299 · الرقم الضريبي 311679198300003 — الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. نعمل بصفتنا مزوّد خدمة تقنية يقدّم خدماته لمتاجر وشركات أخرى بتفويض منها؛ بيانات كل متجر تبقى ملكًا له وهو المتحكم بها، ونحن نعالجها فقط لتقديم تقاريره له.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الزيارات: مصدر الزيارة (المنصة والحملة والإعلان)، معرف زائر تقني، نوع الجهاز، والصفحات المزارة — لغرض قياس أداء الحملات فقط.
- بيانات الطلبات: تصلنا من منصة المتجر (مثل سلة) وتشمل قيمة الطلب وحالته وبيانات التواصل الأساسية للعميل — لربط المبيعات بمصادرها.
- بيانات الحسابات الإعلانية: عند ربط صاحب المتجر حسابه الإعلاني بموافقته عبر OAuth، نقرأ الإنفاق وأداء الحملات قراءة فقط — لا نعدّل ولا ننشئ أي حملات.
بيانات منصات الإعلانات (Meta وTikTok وSnapchat وGoogle)
- نصل لبيانات الحسابات الإعلانية نيابةً عن التاجر وبتفويضه الصريح عبر OAuth، ولحساباته التي يحددها هو فقط — ونقرأ بيانات الأداء (الحملات، الإنفاق، النقرات، مرات الظهور، التحويلات المبلغة) قراءة فقط.
- Meta (فيسبوك وإنستقرام) تحديدًا: عبر Meta Marketing API نقرأ تقارير أداء الإعلانات (صلاحية ads_read) للحسابات التي يربطها التاجر. نلتزم بـ Meta Platform Terms وDeveloper Policies: لا ننشر ولا نعدّل حملات، ولا نستخدم البيانات للاستهداف أو الإعلان، ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث.
- تُعرض هذه البيانات حصريًا للتاجر صاحب الحساب داخل لوحته، ولا تُجمَّع مع بيانات متاجر أخرى.
- فصل الحساب من صفحة مصادر البكسل يوقف وصولنا فورًا، ويمكن طلب حذف ما جُمع عبر صفحة حذف البيانات.
بيانات Google Ads تحديدًا
- عند ربطك حساب Google Ads، نصل عبر Google Ads API إلى بيانات التقارير للقراءة فقط (الحملات، الإنفاق، النقرات، مرات الظهور) بعد موافقتك الصريحة.
- تُستخدم هذه البيانات حصريًا لعرض تقاريرك أنت داخل لوحتك — لا نبيعها ولا ننقلها لأي طرف ثالث ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
- تقدر تفصل حسابك في أي وقت من صفحة مصادر البكسل، فيتوقف وصولنا فورًا.
كيف نحمي البيانات
- كل بيانات متجر معزولة تمامًا عن المتاجر الأخرى.
- الاتصالات كلها مشفرة (HTTPS) والمفاتيح تُخزن مشفرة.
- لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية.
- تُستخدم البيانات حصريًا لعرض التقارير لصاحب المتجر نفسه.

Privacy Policy (English)
Funnelx is a brand owned and operated by SndLine Est. (Commercial Registration 7034173299 · VAT 311679198300003), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Funnelx is a marketing attribution platform for e-commerce merchants, acting as a technology service provider on behalf of other businesses: each merchant remains the owner and controller of its data, which we process solely to provide that merchant's own reports. We collect visit sources, order data from the merchant's store platform, and read-only advertising performance data connected via OAuth by the merchant. Data is encrypted, isolated per store, never sold, and used solely to show merchants their own reports. For deletion requests: cs@funnelx.app.
Meta platform data:When a merchant connects a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad account, Funnelx reads ads performance reports (ads_read) through the Meta Marketing API for the ad accounts the merchant explicitly selects, with the merchant's explicit authorization. We use this data exclusively to display that merchant's own reports inside their dashboard. We do not publish or modify campaigns, do not use the data for targeting or advertising, and do not share it with third parties. We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Disconnecting the account immediately revokes our access, and collected data can be deleted on request via our data-deletion page.
Google user data:When a merchant connects their Google Ads account, Funnelx accesses read-only reporting data (campaigns, spend, clicks, impressions) via the Google Ads API with the merchant's explicit consent. This data is used exclusively to display the merchant's own reports inside their dashboard. We do not sell, transfer, or use Google user data for advertising purposes. Funnelx's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Merchants can disconnect their account at any time, which immediately revokes our access.
